Department of Tajik language and Literature
Department with title of “Department of Philology” was established in 2000. From 2000 to 2008, teaching the subjects: Tajik language and literature, English language, German language, Russian language and literature belonged to this department. In 2008, the department was divided into two independent departments: Department of Philology and Department of Tajik Language and Literature”. The scientific-methodical activity of the department is based on two branches:
1. Research of the history of the Tajik language and literature from ancient times to the present day;
2. Research methods and methods of teaching Tajik language and literature.
The specialty 2-02 03 01 – Tajik language and literature conducts to the department.
It should be mentioned that the Department of Tajik Language and Literature has a club called “Dustdoroni sukhan”, where students improved their poetry, skills and education.
