The Council of Scientists of Khosiyat Makhsumova Pedagogical College of TSPU named after Sadriddin Ainy works as the status of the College management for the purpose of considering issues of educational, scientific, educational and financial and economic works and it has 26 members. The science council of college includes the Director, Deputy Directors, Heads of Departments, Deans of Faculties, Heads of Departments and the Chairman of the Trade Union.
The Council of Scientists pays special attention to improving the process of education and training of highly qualified specialists. Therefore, every year, the activities of the faculties and departments of the College are under the control of the members of the council of scientists, and the state of the process of education, training and scientific-research work is discussed at the meetings of the council.
