On January 25th, 2023, with the participation of the director of Pedagogical College named after Khosiyat Makhsumova of TSPU named after Sadriddin Ayni Ghafuri Zoir Sadullo, deputy chairman of the Executive Committee of the People’s Democratic Party of Tajikistan in Shahmansur district of Dushanbe city Shukrullo Nabotov, chairman of the Council of veterans of the People’s Democratic Party of Tajikistan in this district Shirin Kurbanova, the staff and teachers of the College held a reporting and election meeting of the Primary Party Organization “Donishvar” of the College.
The following issues were discussed at the meeting:
– presentation of the annual report of the Primary Party Organization “Donishvar”;
– election of the chairman, deputy and secretary of the organization;
– explanation of the Message of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan.
Shukrullo Nabotov has told first and presented the discussing issues of the session to the members of the People’s Democratic Party and participants.
Further, the annual report of the primary party organization “Donishvar” was presented to the attendants, and it was mentioned that in 2022 the organization has completed significant works based on the actions and instructions of the great Chairman of the People’s Democratic Party Emomali Rahmon.
In order to be elected as the chairman of the organization, the director Zoir Ghafuri Sadullo was nominated by the party members, and he was unanimously elected by the participants.
Also, Safargul Ibrahimova, the deputy director of educational works, and Marufshahi Hasan, the head of the department of Tajik language and literature, were elected as the deputy head of the organization.
Shirin Kurbanova noted about the explanation of the Message of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan and stated that the great leader of the nation, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, has been presenting his annual message to the Majlisi Oli of the country for more than two decades, based on which the heads of ministries and departments and the nation, the honorable Tajik president has prepared a plan of action for the development of the internal and foreign policy of the republic and has been completed great works.
It was mentioned that in the message of the leader of the nation, special attention is paid to all political, social and economic aspects of the country and specific and useful instructions are given for the comprehensive development of the country.
At the end, Zoir Ghafuri noted that under the wise and constructive policy of the Founder of National Peace and Unity – the Leader of the Nation, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, the great Chairman of the People’s Democratic Party, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, the primary party organization “Donishvar” works and tries to implement all measures to implement the constructive goals of the People’s Democratic Party.
